Ethical Conduct

Sellers must conduct their business with honesty and integrity. This includes providing accurate product descriptions, transparent pricing, and respectful communication with customers and fellow sellers.
Prohibited Items

Selling counterfeit, illegal, or regulated items is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, dangerous goods, weapons, and items that violate intellectual property rights.
Responsive Service

Sellers are expected to respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Quick and helpful service builds trust and leads to positive reviews.

Accurate Descriptions

All product listings must have complete and truthful descriptions, including materials, dimensions, and any potential defects. Use high-quality, clear photos of the actual product being sold.
Fair Pricing

Pricing should be fair and competitive. Misleading pricing, hidden fees, or sudden price changes after a sale is confirmed are not allowed.
Authentic Products

Only authentic and authorized products may be listed. Counterfeit or knock-off items will result in immediate suspension of your account.

Timely Shipment

Products must be shipped within the promised timeframe. Delays should be communicated to the customer immediately.
Proper Packaging

Ensure all items are securely and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. The packaging should protect the product and not include any external marketing from third-party brands.
